How to Delete Bounced Contacts

In this article, you will learn how to delete bounced contacts.

• What you will need:

  •        A MerwinSaaS account

  •        A list of contacts

  •        A contact with a "bounced" status

  Accessing Your Contacts

  Navigate to the CRM tab and click Contacts in the dropdown menu.

  Filtering Bounced Contacts

  Click the Contact state filter and select Bounced. The list will now display only your bounced contacts.

  Deleting Bounced Contacts

  1.     Select all bounced contacts by clicking the checkbox, then click Delete.

  2.     Click Confirm to delete the contact(s) from your list.
