How to Delete Multiple Contacts

On this page, you will learn how to delete some or all of your contacts, which can be useful when you need to remove outdated or unused contacts and keep your list organized.

What you will need:

•        A MerwinSaaS account

•        A list of contacts

Deleting All Contacts

1.     Click on Contacts in the CRM menu.

2.     Click on the Select all button to select your entire contact list, and click Delete.

3.     Click Confirm to finalize.

Deleting Multiple Contacts

4.     Use one of the filters to group your contacts (e.g., by tag, date added, etc.). For example, to delete all contacts with the Lead tag, select the Tag filter, then select Lead from the list of tags.

5.     Click the Select all button to select the entire filtered list, then click Delete.

6.     Click Confirm to delete the selected contacts.

Restoring Deleted Contacts

7.     To restore a deleted contact, click on Recently deleted on your Contacts page.

8.     In the deleted contacts bin, you will see a list of recently deleted contacts along with their deletion date, removal method, and the date they will be permanently deleted.

9.     Manually select the contact(s) you want to restore, or use the filters on the left to find them. Then click Restore.

Note: Deleted contacts are kept for 30 days before being permanently removed.
