How to Subscribe Contacts to a Campaign When Importing a Contact List

In this article, you will learn how to subscribe contacts to a campaign when importing a contact list in MerwinSaaS.

What you will need:

•        A campaign created in MerwinSaaS

•        A CSV file containing the contact list to be imported

Step 1: Choose the Campaign

When you import your contact list to MerwinSaaS, click on the Campaign (optional) dropdown menu and select the campaign of your choice. Then click Next.

Step 2: Choose the Column Type

The import file must contain an email address field. In the dropdown, select the Email column.

You must also map the following two additional fields:

•        For the campaign step number (from your previous system), select the option: Select last sent email number column.

•        For the date the user received the last email, select the option: Select last sent email date column.

Then click on the Import button.
